TRIDEXX meet up training weekend of July 25th

 

Where?

Meet up at Wilkie Beach, Crystal Lake, Gray ME

(Corner of Mayberry and N Raymond Road)

 

When?

Saturday, July 25th @ 8am

 

What?

Swim, Bike, Run (you may opt to do all or just one or two of the courses)

Course Descriptions:

 

Swim  

Crystal Lake Beach across to Camp Gregory 2x, out and back = sprint distance swim

 

 

Bike

Run

I am bummed I will miss.  I am doing a mountain bike ride with friends on Saturday morning.  Part of a birthday party celebration.  Hope to make a 'home base' session soon!

I believe Susan's bike course is 14.8 miles. (I can't open the link either, but I had the course graphic in an email from Susan.) Hope you can join us!
