I will be doing the cycling portion of a relay.  Ann Diaz would like to do the swim or the run. So, we need a swimmer or a runner. Anyone? :)

great races today, everyone!   unfortunately I had to leave early from the post-race but it was an excellent day and it was great to see everyone out there racing and cheering!   Looking forward to next season already!

Hi everyone! I had a great time at the race yesterday and meeting many of you. I'm sorry I also couldn't stay for the post-race activities and to meet more of you. I'm back in the North Grafton, MA lab today and excited to build some enthusiasm here for TRIDEXX over the winter. Perhaps by spring we'll have some more relay teams and participants from my "southern" region to join the TRIDEXX ranks.

Wanted to echo all the kudos sent to the group.  This was my 1st full Tri in about 20 years and my anxiety was really mitigated just knowing the group was there.  I had fun yelling “Let’s go, Tridexx!” out on the bike leg when I saw the red shirts (even to the confused man in the not-IDEXX red top).  This was also my 1st ocean swim and the advice from the vets was invaluable.

Thanks again the all the efforts from the steering committee and the members of the group.

I wanted to echo the other comments.  It was a great race day, and it was really fabulous to see so many TRIDEXX jerseys everywhere!  The course was beautiful, especially when the run opened up to the rocky coast line about half way through.  It was also fortuitous that the hot spell broke the day before.

Profoundly grateful to the TRIDEXX leadership for doing this.  I am SO GLAD I stopped at the info table in the Spring and said, "ahh, what the heck - let's give this a tri".

Thank you to everyone for all the positive feedback.

Tom and Jim, I completely agree.

Just want to add that our community is the single biggest postive factor that has keept me motivated and excited, and I would not have met my goals this year without it.

So I would also like to thank everyone who participated in the group trainings and races for being involved and helping to show and multiply our excellent group spirit!

During the race I felt it every time I saw another red shirt and we cheered each other on, and every time I came around a corner and heard a chorus of "GO TRIDEXX!" cheers from the many relay team members, friends and family, coaches, and even strangers that were there.  It was great to feel that much support and helped me keep going strong even when I was tempted to slow down...  the cheers from everyone at the final corner and finish line were AWESOME!   I tried to give back cheering on every red shirt I saw, but I probably sounded more like an unintelligible croak by then since I was getting pretty parched!
