Hi Everyone!

I am registered for the Mainiac Tri this September and will be doing a practice training on the course in Biddeford Pool at 7am on Sunday, August 7th.  Anyone is welcome to join me, just let me know so I have an idea on who's coming.  We can park on 7th street and will meet up on the corner of 7th and Bay street.  Please see the link below for the street map.
