Fall running at Pine Point beach

Hi everyone,

Some of us that have been swimming Pine Point before work on Wednesday mornings have also been running on the beach (hardpack) beforehand.  Although the weather is getting a little difficult for swimming, we're going to continue running there for a time.  

If you're interested to join us, this Wednesday 10/5 we're going to meet in the parking lot by Emma's Eats (map here) at 6:10 and run from approximately 6:15 to 7:15.  This week it may be Joe, Julie, Lynn, myself, and possibly Erika.

Sunrise is at 6:45 am so may want a light for the start, but the sky should be clear with pre-dawn light.  Temps will be cool around 39F (!), and fortunately the wind should be calm.  Tide will be low so there will be plenty of firm sand.
