Change record state from Email

Hello

I would like to know if there is a way users can change a record state
from a Tririga generated email (using an embedded form report) just by
clicking a link within the email... Can we embed a URL to do this
using the '%%' data tokens?

OOB looks like user has to open the record & change the state within
Tririga application.

(Is this in a manual?)

I know this is an older post, but it's possible to do something similar with offline forms.  Using a combination of the email's Subject heading and the data fields in an excel Offline Form (these are different than excel form reports), you can identify and process whatever you want via workflow.

It's not clicking on a link, instead it would be the user sending an email to Tririga (or replying to an email sent from Tririga, complete with attached excel Offline Form).
