Error while opening Form in Tririga:- An Error Occurred. Contact your System Administrator. --[MID 3891682559]

When I tried to open a form in Tririga  I am getting below error.

 'An Error Occurred. Contact your System Administrator. --[MID 3891682559]' 

Can any one tell what will be the cause of the issue and how i should get rid of this.

Take the number, open the "Error Logs" in the admin console (view the full error log), and use the CTRL+F (Find feature) in your browser with the number you mentioned and it will show you more information under the error. Without knowing what caused the error (which it will tell you at least a little bit more in the log) none of us will really be able to help you.

Generally its because of any faulty field in the form.

I analyzed the error log and I got it the exact issue about.

Hi Ravi, 

I have the same error now, while it loads a report. Could you please help me with procedure what you have done to resolve it. i already checked error logs too.

Open Server.og
find the MID number 
see exactly what is the error-little bit issue information will be there.
Analyse it take appropriate action


In my case I have removed that field and re- added and it worked fine for me.

Hi ALL,

while user schedules even one or two PPM for a day, workflows stuck and also mailnly WFOSTEPM is getting stuck or take more time to get processed which stalls other workflows in queue,

while checked error logs got "java.net.connectexception connection refused connect" this error...... 

please help on this issue.
