Hello,

I have newly installed TRIRIGA 10.5.2/3.5.2 on Windows server with Oracle database running on Websphere. The build is successful and the logs says - "application started" but when I try to access the application, the login page doesn't load. Instead it throws HTTP 404 error - Page Not Found.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Please suggest.

Thanks in advance!

Are you using the default port settings? I would try:

Make sure this port isn't being blocked on your network. If you're using IHS try looking into its logs to see if your browser is showing entries

Hi Tririga user,
I am new to IBM Tririga 10..5.3/3.5.3 and installed it on weblogic12c+oracle. I am able to see login page and also able to login in with default user name and password. However, I would like to create multiple user profile for others, so that they can access the tririga application.
My question is : How to add a new user in IBM tririga application?

Thank U all in advance.

in the URL, try using the IP Address if you're using an alias.  if that works there's something about the alias that is not working.
