I need to better understand the configuration for allowing both internal and external users access to Tririga if a web server is required in our DMZ.  My understanding with Tririga is there can only be one front end server (web server).  This seems to revolve around the requirement of a single URL to access the application/Tririga server.  If we're using a Websphere, how can we configure our environment for secure access by internal and external user?  We can install the Websphere HTTP server on our DMZ server, can we also install an HTTP server on our Websphere App / Tririga server?  I've read an article on developerworks titled 'Single Front_End_Server URL and Split-Horizon DNS' but need a better understanding.  Thanks.

You'll have to set up a multi-server environment where you have an Application/Process server. There should information about this in the setup manual. A synopsis:
1. Application Server - JBOSS/WebSphere and TRIRIGA (Minimal agents running) - This server is in your DMZ
2. Process Server - TRIRIGA (Most if not all agents running)

Both servers will connect to the database. Tririga admin console will provide rundown of what agents are running on which servers.

Good Luck!
