Empty BIRT external report

This is my first time to do this:

I exported a report to BIRT plugin and created a table and put some fields in it. I can preview the results in plugin. But after I export BIRT report back to TRIRIGA and create an external report, I am not seeing any data. Report title and icons show but not any data! BIRT logging is on but I'm not seeing any errors in server.log.

What all should I check for to solve this issue?

I do see a "WARN" message:

I am hoping that somebody can give me an insight into the problem and, also, how to troubleshoot BIRT report related issues.

What's the FRONT_END_SERVER value in your tririgaweb.properties file?  You need to be logged in with that URL in order to run BIRT reports in the application.

AND...don't forget the port number too (if its needed to hit the URL).
For instance, my FRONT_END_SERVER is "servername:9080" as I am running
WebSphere, and it should be 8001 if its JBOSS (those are the defaults
anyway).

I am logged in at that URL including port and do most of my development using that URL.

I've turned on BIRT-related logging but do not see much in server.log. I do see the following log statement:

Report is running for a long time but I end up not getting data.  How can I troubleshoot this further?

You were right. I had an error in setting. BIRT report is working now.

Hi All

I don't know much about the Server or DB. TRIRIGA 3.5/10.5. No error in server.log as well.

Read through this article and follow the steps carefully to recreate the files in the root zip.  This could be the issue, as it looks like your having the same problem.
