My Birthday Tribute to Jack Lallane

Yesterday was my birthday, and as a tribute to the Great Jack LaLanne

attempted to pull 10 tugboats with my hands tied for morning swim.

Jack pulled 70 tugboats with 70 people 1.5 miles in sub 70 degree water, on

his 70th Birthday, with hands tied and handcuffed. For his 60th, he pulled 60

boats from Alcatraz the same way.

The string I used was too slick and the boats became untied halfway down but will

have that fixed for next year.

Dr. Bob, know you could pull your age in tub boats anytime.
