Time to dust off the ol’ indoor trainer and start pedaling nowhere again! Thursday indoor cycling nights are back, starting next Thursday, December 3 at the Richter garage at 2741 Preston Lane! All you need is your bike and your trainer, but we often have spare trainers if you don’t have one. Just call or email ahead and I’ll let you know if we have one for ya.
These workouts are 1 hour long, and are part of a progressive series that last throughout the winter to keep you from losing your cycling form. And the best thing is, no matter what speed you’re capable of you can’t get dropped! At any rate, it sure beats indoor cycling by yourself! We start pedaling at 6 pm, so show up early enough to get your bike set up and ready to go. Most of us often go for a short run afterwards, so bring your running shoes if you want to prolong the pain!
