RE : Request letter for Bike Racing Sponsorship

Dear Rotary Members trichy,

 

This letter is a request for sponsorship for R. Aishwariya , 14 year school girl, who won several accloades at district and state level cycling competition. Now she has been selected for National level cycling competition, which is a very proud news to us. But, since is from a very poor family, she cant afford a good racing cycle. So I hereby request our rotary club trichy to consider her contribution and her talent and help her in sponsoring a racing bike.

 

I am Yamuna Sampathkumar, who has been  an active member at Rotary club trichy, has given two to three speeches on Biotechnology. I am working for United Nations Organization for the past 1 year. Though she has been raised in a poor family, I have personally witnessed Aishwariya's personal efforts to build herself as a Winner for Cycling. She is full of energy and enthusiasm. Her thirst to win herself at National level inspires me more. So, I thought her hardwork and efforts should be paid off. So I hereby request our rotary club trichy to consider her contribution and her talent and help her in sponsoring a racing bike.

 

I hereby request our Rotary club, Trichy to help her with the racing cycle sponsorship. If you can arrange for a meeting in the next forthcoming weeks, It will be  our pleaasure to bring her along with her certificates and her personal coach to show her talents. I hereby attached a request letter from trichy Cycle association and some of her scanned certificates for your reference.

 

We are requesting cash sponsorship or a racing cycle to support her efforts in the 2013 National level.

Give us more information about Aiswarya - school/college/any other/ how poor

What's the price of a racing cycle?

How about travel/accommodation expenses?

Which Rotary Club were you a member of/when? And more information about you as well

How did you get to know Aishwarya?

Why can't the Cycling Association help her?

How can she participate in the Nationals without being selected by the State Association?

Do we have a letter of selection from the State Association to the effect that she is selected to participate in the Nationals?
