Customer is always right... Caller  :               Hi, our printer is not working. IT Dept:   What is wrong with it? Caller  :                 Mouse is jammed.. IT Dept:   Mouse? Printers don't have a mouse you fool! Caller :                   Mmmmm??.. Oh really ?... I will send a picture. Scroll down?..  . . . . . . . . . . .  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .                     Moral: Customer is always right listen to him thoroughly and believe what he is saying.
