Dear Enrique and all:

It was so nice to see everyone and talk tRIBS science with you all in San Juan. Thanks to Enrique and Valeriy for organizing the meeting and to Enrique and Rafael for hosting us at the Foundacion!

I hope that we can continue the discussion and develop new and innovative pathways to continue advancing tRIBS.

As promised, I will reach out to Greg Tucker and some others at CSDMS about what leveraging their infrastructure might look like!

Dear all,

I trust that you are doing well and either on your way to Puerto Rico, or soon to be.

A quick reminder about our special event on Wednesday, June 22 during FIHM (2:00 to 6:00 pm). The event will be held off-site of the Puerto Rico Convention Center and you’ll get to see one of the neighborhoods of Santurce (part of San Juan).

The address is:

1500 Calle Antonsanti, Suite K-Colaboratorio

San Juan, PR 00912-3150

A google maps link:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Colaboratorio+by+Foundation+for+Puerto+Rico/@18.446404,-66.066099,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xea01edc5a7beebf8!8m2!3d18.446404!4d-66.066099

I suggest you take a taxi or Uber from the convention center or hotel. Its about a 10 minute ride (attached is an example map).

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Enrique

Dear all,

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to attend a special activity organized during the Frontiers in Hydrology Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

On Wednesday, June 22, we will host a science meeting (tRIBS 2022: The Future of Hydrologic Modeling with Parallelized, Unstructured Meshes) followed by a social gathering. Attached are the complete details.

We are extending additional invitations to others only for the social gathering. Your invitation to the entire activity is based on our assessment of your interest and commitment to the science activity.

This special activity is linked to a session on Thursday, June 23 that we hope you can also attend: Soil, Atmosphere, and Landscape Synthesis in the Anthropocene (SALSA) by the same conveners.

On behalf of the conveners,

Rafael L. Bras

Valeriy Y. Ivanov

Simone Fatichi
