Hi Gil,

Gave a project a quick bash the other day and it seemed to work just fine. This was far from a thorough test but it looked to work as per usual.

Cheers

4.0r10 is working fine here.

By using 4.5/4.5r7 an alert says on testing “Program error!” Maybe
Kromo the culprit?

Burning is impossible.

Not sure if this is any use, but on occasions when I've had a "program error" that stopped me using a program, I've realised that the Main.xd file has become corrupted, so I try the following :

Create a new (empty) .xd file and cut and paste all of the items (in one go) from the corrupted file to the empty one.  Save it as Main.xd (or whatever your main file is called) and use that instead of the corrupted file.

It has worked on those occasions I've needed to do it, but it can be a nervous time if your file is large and complicated.

Maybe this will help?

strange... I have the same issue in all forms of iShell (4.5, no plugins, w/plugins, etc.) in Mac 10.5: testing any doc gives a spinning beachball, degugger pauses and then when I click play, it may or may not keep going and then on stop it gives program error... even with the most simple projects.
