Hey,
Just wanted to say thanks for joining up, and sorry that it's been so
slow. The new job is a hassle, and I "almost" had the flu, but I do
intend to post here more frequently.If any of you are observant,
you'll note that i've included the Bowie into the intro about the
description of this group. I'm very proud and excited to note that our
training has really picked up here, and it's really neat to see and
develop a greater practical understanding of how our body will work
and differ as we train in such contrasting tools.

I hope to see some more contributions from some of you in the future
as well!
