thank you for your patience...I am sorry for the confusion regarding date and location for our upcoming meeting.

 

We are scheduled to meet Tuesday August 23 7:00-9:30.

in the conference room at Omid's place:

Please arrive fifteen minutes before 7 so you can get settled and we can begin on time.

We will break in the middle of the meeting for snacks and social time.

Please bring some food to share.

 

Feel free to add suggested agenda items to the pb works document for that purpose.

some more info about where we're meeting.

- when you arrive, there are two towers.  you want to go to 1331 alberni street, which is also the Lions, east tower.  if you go to the wrong tower, you'll find out in the next step.

- to get access to the building, go the intercom, and buzz me by dialing #1183 on the intercom.  (the # is necessary!!  otherwise it won't work!)

- i'll answer, and let you in.  grab the elevator to level LL and then go to the end of the hall.  you'll see the meeting room there.  look for the troublemakers <smile>.  if you're late, the door may be closed, so it's the door labeled conference room or meeting room or something similar.

- if you get confused/lost/want a hug, call me @ 6047246643, or you can get help from the concierge.  there will be one at at last one of the two towers, probably both towers.  just tell them you want to find the "large conference room".

Hey Everyone - just a reminder about tonight's meeting! This is an important meeting marking a transition to the next phase of this project.

We're going to make this happen for everyone and exactly how this is going to happen, and who is going to dig in, is what we will map out tonight.

Hence if you want to be a part of the crew that works on identifying the location, recruiting members for the co-op (that is the larger structure under which we will operate), financing the project etc.... or if you might be interested in be involved in the operations of the IntentionCentre once it is operational, it is essential that you come to this meeting!
