PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST and if you have additional questions, please contact: Trish Koontz, pbko...@earthlink.net.
We order as a group from Hare Today, www.hare-today.com, four times per year, the beginning of January, April, July and October. The window to place your order with our coop is four days. You must place your order within that four day period. The window is arranged so that you may take advantage of Hare Today’s monthly specials in either of two months. We send out an email alerting members that the ordering window has opened. When you are ready to place your order:
1. Sign on through the following link and enter our group email and password under “Returning Customer”:

**Only one person can be signed on at once, so if you can’t sign on, just try again later.
2. Enter all your items to order in your cart. The flat-rate shipping is $16/box up to 50 lbs per box. It is wisest to order in increments of 50 lbs--you CAN order less than 50 lbs, but you'll get the most bang for your buck if you order in 50 lb increments. Shipping is automatically calculated. You may not leave any items in the cart and come back to complete your order later. You must complete your order all at once and then checkout and pay for your order.
**If you leave items in the cart without completing your order, then the next person to sign on should empty the shopping cart before they start their own ordering.
3. Once you have selected your items, go to checkout. Suzanne's name and address are the default DELIVERY info, 4500 Lloydtown Rd, Mebane, 27302. Leave that as-is. Proceed to the BILLING information. Here, you will enter your own info (name and address). This is what Hare Today uses so they know what order goes with what person. Enter the billing address that goes with your credit card. Next page your enter your payment info.
4. Once you have finished and confirmed everything, make sure you log off of the account so that others can get on and make their own orders.
5. Order Pick up: Orders are shipped on Mondays usually the week after the order window closes and delivered on that Wednesday around noon at 4500 Lloydtown Rd, Mebane, 27302, which is easy to find on Google maps. One word of caution: When you are on Hwy 54, and turn onto Saxapahaw-Bethleham Church Rd, Suzanne’s road is only 25 feet from Hwy 54, so you are going to make an IMMEDIATE left on Lloydtown. It looks like a frontage rd to 54. Suzanne’s is 1/2 mile down on the right, red roof, green house, red barn, animals all over the place. When the order ships, a tracking number will be posted, so everyone can know exactly when the order arrives at Suzanne’s. And when the order arrives, courtesy calls will be made to everyone that submits an order. From there, it is your responsibility to get your order. That’s it folks!
