We have one more chance to do a proper job of ordering within the timeframe that will be set up with her in advance. If we don’t get our minimum met ON TIME then she will stop working with our coop. I’ll remind everyone prior to the order being set up as well as during the order period. PLEASE feel free to remind me a few weeks ahead of our next order to get it on the calendar! I am always happy to get reminders.

Feel free to email my responses to the group an maybe they will understand the issues I face better. My biggest issue is freezer space and getting orders out as soon as possible so I can start the process of restocking again. It is a never ending cycle.
I did have another order from Jen Wernergreen come in so the group has met its minimum. I will plan on shipping this Tuesday April 10th and it will be to you on the 12th.
I am willing to do one more co op order with the group in the future as a trial to see how it goes. Everybody has to order with in the time frame indicated. Because I am charged transaction fees with my credit card company if the minimum is not met then I will refund payments BUT will be holding 3% for my fees. If the next order does not go as planned then I think the group should order on their own.
I want to try to work this out and don't want to not ship to you guys. I just want it to go easier then these orders have in the past.

I get your frustration with this group 100%. Even though I am a business person with my own small company I’m sorry to say that I did not realize how seriously it affected you when we are late ordering but now I understand. I’m going to forward your points to our group because obviously they do not know how rude and disrespectful it is to place late orders either. Many apologies for the group and for the time I ordered late myself (last year). I will see if they can pull it together by Saturday, otherwise we will just go to individual ordering. No sense in making your life more of a hassle for a few people.

It is not "not wanting to deal with the group" but this co op does this every time an order opens. They cant meet the minimums and I had addressed this with Jenn when she was still doing this in Oct of 2011.
I usually have 3 or 4 other co op orders going at a time and also all my regular orders. Logistically trying to keep inventory figured and supplies need is hard enough and then when the co op says the order will open March 30th to April 2 and now it is the 5th and the minimums have not even been met. It messes me up. I have freezers packed with food to be shipped and cant ship it because the orders are still opened and I have no idea when or if someone else is going to order to get the total up to where it needs to be. This jams up my freezer space.
I can not do the reduced shipping until the minimum is met as I have certain weights that must be met with UPS to get the discounted shipping rates.
I honestly don't know what the answer is for this particular group. Seems people are not vey organized and if they truly wanted this food they would order in the time frame specified. I actually feel it is rude of people to assume I will wait on them to decide to order or not. I always try to communicate well and to be courteous to my costumers but I don't feel the courtesy is returned with this group.
I am willing to keep this order open till Sat at midnight. This is almost 1 week longer that what I was told. If after that the minimums are not met The food that has been processed will be shipped to other people and I will refund the payments to the people that placed the orders and delete the exiting orders.
