I bought my SAM BAERE TS-110 grinder on ebay for < $200. I've used it for several years, and it's been wonderful. I grind raw meat & bone & then freeze it in ice cube trays for my greyhounds. I dump the frozen cubes into freezer bags.

 

One dog is missing many teeth [greyhounds often have terrible teeth], and the other is a gulper. They LOVE their ground meat & bone, much more so than the whole pieces.

 

The older greyhound doesn't eat enough, so I mix his ground raw into his kibble. They eagerly demand their ground meat, so it doesn't bother them in the least that it's ground. They're dogs, not humans, so our preferences don't map to theirs.
