I got an email from Tracy at Hare Today. Due to the July 4^th holiday and a fence project she is doing, she will not ship OR PROCESS from July 1^st – July 7^th. Therefore we must decide if we want to forego the July specials and get our order earlier. Here are the choices below. BTW, Tracy thinks that pork will be the special in July but not totally sure at this point.

 

1)      Open the order today and close it on June 25^th = ship on July 9^th

2)      Open the order June 29 and close on July 2 = ship on July 16^th

 

Please return a message with your choice ASAP!!

I am low too and would like to open the order immediately but have not heard from the others who will be ordering. I guess I will have to use local meats for a couple of weeks. L

We have to go with choice #2 now as it is too late to do choice #1. As a reminder, if we don’t carry this order off within the timeframe and also meet our minimum by the order deadline, Tracy is not going to work with our coop any longer.

 

I hope our order will go through in a responsible manner; it really is a big hassle to Tracy at Hare Today when people lag on their commitment.  I would not blame her for dropping our coop if we can’t “get it together” this time.

 

So, the order will open at 12:01 A.M. on June 29^th and close at 12:00 P.M. on July 2^nd.  The shipment will go out July 16^th ONLY IF EVERYONE FINISHES ORDERING WITHIN OUR OPEN ORDER TIMEFRAME! Please review the ordering details I emailed on Friday. Remember that you must place 2 orders if you want to take advantage of specials in both months.
