OK, *now* we're cutting over to the new email list

Sorry for the delay, and apologies in advance if there's a burp or
tickle as we get this running properly.

I'm about to mass-subscribe everybody from the current Google Group and
everybody will get an initial welcome message.

Moderation will be on initially, which means msgs to the list won't be
"instantly" propagated while we confirm that everything is as it should be.

A reminder of a few differences from the current Google Group:
1) File attachments will have to be handled by an alternate
mechanism like a pointer to a web-based file.
2) Message sizes are constrained and too-large messages will always
go through a moderation process (just imagine this is the TriLUG email
list in regard to this detail <grin>)
3) Reply goes to the poster of a message, while reply-all/reply-list
goes to the whole list.

The list moderators (same as with the current Google Group, managed by
forwarder address "mode...@triembed.org) are:

I'm the current admin but expect there to be co-admin(s) and more
moderators in the future (the admin forwarder is ad...@triembed.org and
this is also the same as the "list owner").
