Hi all,

As some of you may know, NCSU is currently interviewing candidates for an Assistant Professor as part of the Global Environmental Change Cluster. We already heard an excellent talk from Dr. Erin Mordecai and will hear Dr. Liam Revell's talk tomorrow.

For the rest of the interviews, postdocs will have our own time slot to meet with the candidates. Here are some highlights from the first candidate who we will meet with:

Tuesday, Feb. 11th @ 10:00-11:30 in 3503 Thomas Hall:
Seminar-'Running from the heat: Can tropical forests shift their distributions to remain at equilibrium with climate?'

Wednesday, Feb. 12th @ 2:00-2:30 (it is possible to shift 2:00-3:00 if there's a lot of interest) in DCL 205: Meeting with Postdocs

I hope to see many of you there!

Best,

Amy

Hi Everyone,

First, my apologies for cross posting, but I wanted to be sure that everyone got the message.

Because classes are cancelled tomorrow, our meeting with Ken has been rescheduled for Thursday at 2PM. The location is TBD, so expect an email tomorrow about that (from me or DeAnna Beasley).

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make the Thursday time slot. I hope you guys are able to get good feedback in my absence!

Best,

Amy
