Not exactly true. The original developer/manufacturer of the PSE 101 was Dektor Counterintelligence and Security, Inc. (AKA Dektor CI/S) of Springfield, VA, later of Savannah, Georgia. The President of Dektor CI/S was Allan D. Bell Jr. Dektor CI/S went out of business while in Savannah, no longer selling any models of the Psychological Stress Evaluator (PSE).

The truth? The "Dektor Company" (http://www.dektorpse.com) is in NO WAY related to the original Dektor CI/S. "Dektor Company" obtained a Dektor CI/S PSE and reversed engineered it.

If you look at all of the claims on the "Dektor Company" web site you will get the feeling that this is the company that invented the original PSE, that the company has been in business for 40 years, that Mike Kratz's test report reports results of the "PSE" product they sell. Nothing could be further from the truth. The wording on the site appears strange, I believe in an effort to mislead potential customers and others. They make other claims that I skipped for the sake of brevity. When you read the claims, keep in mind that the "Dektor Company" PSE and the "Dektor CI/S" PSE are different devices and not a sequence of models from the same company. That makes many of his claims pure BS.

How do I know this? Allan D, Bell Jr, was my father.
