the house has 2 young professionals in later 20's.
current occupants enjoy sports (especially ncsu) (both participating and
viewing) and are strongly active in local church.
house is 3 bedroom / 2 bath on 1 acre lot. a back deck. large detached
garage.
house is full furnished minus your own bedroom furniture. including
washer/dryer. 32inch tv.
rent is $400 (more likely at this point) or $330. can give more details on
this.
person will have to share in some responsibilites, such as mowing and
helping take garbage to dump.
bills are typically $85, $12, $17 (electric, local phone, cable) plus long
distance. Electric goes up and down a little based on weather conditions.
can give complete bill overview upon request.
house is just south (and between) tryon road/lake wheeler intersection and
tryon road/yates mill pond intersection.
the right person/match is much more important than immediancy. but is
currently available.
prefer at the least a 6 month commitment.
