I ran into KE4ZNR, Marshall, yesterday in a parking lot. I had never
met him before, but I've "known" him via computers for 15 years or
more. Sure was a pleasure to finally meet him in person.
I mentioned to Marshall that this semi-usenet group is still around,
though there sure aren't many people left who know about it. :-)
BTW, Mudge, I've built a "Mark II" version of my homemade paddles--
this version has adjustable gap spacing and tension, but it's still
based on some little strips of brass and a mousetrap. :-) I'll put
up photos of it one of these days.

Great to see ya the other day as well. Man it has been years and years since I have been on usenet and it feels great to be back where I started :) (Well almost where I started..I mean I really started on Mike U's "Freqs R Us" Dial Up BBS).
Anyway, to all who still post and/or lurk here I send my best!
