My wife and I went to the Home, Flower and Garden show this past weekend at
the convention center. We saw some brass looking mushroom lights that were
used around flower beds and water gardens.

Does anyone know where you can get these lights? I've tried Lowe's, but
they don't have them.

I have the floor guide handout, and saw two possibilities. Lightscapes is
one. Bronze Gallery is the other. Unfortunately there are *NO* phone
numbers or any contact info. You may find them in the phone book or try
calling Civic Center and see if you can get more info.

I would not expect to find some of those things at Lowe's or HD, but you
should try the larger Garden centers like Buchanan's, Rake and Hoe, or
Logan's Trading Post. I have noticed that businesses are just getting
stocked up and do not have all the spring merchandise yet.

I wanted a handheld battery powered grass shear and neither Lowe's or HD
in Cary had one yet. I found one at Ace, but it had internal batteries.
I finally found a fair price at the Black and Decker store on Capital Blvd
for the 7.2 volt versa pack version. This way if I want other tools I can
use the same battery pack for all if I want to.

As someone else mentioned, Century Rain Aid on Davis Dr., Ral., is by far the
best choice. Go by and flip though a catalog..........

There is a place called "Maintenance Warehouse" in Irving, Texas. They are
part of Home Depot. My husband says they call your lights "Bagota Lights"
but I would ask for mushroom lights, also. They are also half the price of
Home Depot.
