If you are in need of drywall repairs, before we began let us know so we can
give you complete job. We can save you money! If interested please send

You can save 5% off your total repair bill if you call 919-342-3006, before

$0.95 per sq. ft.? You can paint one sq. ft. with a roller in about 5
seconds. Let's see, that's about $11.40 per minute or $684.00 per hr. Oh
well, I never was good at math.

You're right. You're not. Totally flawed. For an average room, it
works out about $100 an hour, which still is not bad, for a trade.

Agreed, not a bad square foot price,if it includes 2-3 coats, they
supply the paint of your choice and includes interior door and window
frames. Most insurance claims would be paid at that price point for
what I described. I'm sure he charges extra for moving furniture in &
out as well as covering/protecting the floor but if not, even a better
deal.

Typical room is 12L x 12W x 8H or 384sf (not including floor or
ceiling, most ceilings are textured anyway) and doesn't take into
account any door or window openings however the wall space removed by
the aforementioned openings tend to cancel out when you take into
account the additional labor to paint such openings. He is charging
about $365 a typical room.
