I have a plea for you to help me not miss out on the rest of my 'cross
season due to traveling. Many of you may not know me but until a
little over a year ago I lived in Chapel Hill and learned to ride and
race in the community. I moved to Boston but now find that I will be
back in Chapel Hill roughtly every other week for the next 5 or 6
months. I have secured a bike that I can use but am hoping for a
little more help. Does anyone have a trainer or a set of rollers I
could borrow on a regular basis? I'd arrange all pick up and drop off
and would even be willing to pay rent if you wanted. I'm proposing to
ride in my hotel and do whatever else I can to keep up for the season.
I would also welcome any thoughts or recommendations about the best
way to maintain my fitness during travel, from training tips and work
outs to foods to avoid, anything at all.
