Hello Noles!
Thanks to everyone that came out to the Murray State game - what a great win, and it was good to see all the players in there getting some playing time.
We hope that everyone was pleased and enjoyed themselves at our new location. We are aware there were a few kinks, but we estimated we were over 150 strong (they have enough seats for 150, plus there were plenty of folks standing) - which is a GREAT turnout. We'll be meeting with the Sparians Management this week to iron out the minor challenges we did have.
FSU is set to take on Savannah State this Saturday (9/8), and it will be another ESPN3 game (internet only). Sparians will have us setup similar to this week with as many TVs as possible streaming the game. We'll also have another raffle during halftime.
The game is set to start at 6 - we recommend getting there around 5:30 to make sure you can get yourself situated and ready for kickoff. Also, if you could RSVP with the number you intend to bring, that will help us plan for this weekend. You can either respond back, or RSVP through our Facebook invite - https://www.facebook.com/events/401913809863019/.
Just one quick reminder to get your BBQ Dinner plates for the NC State tailgate as well - you can purchase them from our website for $10 - http://www.triangleseminoles.com/online-store/, and it includes pulled pork, 2 sides and a drink. As most are aware, we've sold out of our NC State football tickets - if you would like tickets, please reply to me with the # of tickets you'd like to request. No promises that we'll be able to get more, but I need a number so I can try.
