about BGAs and RSVPs submissions

Because it has come up a couple times, if you want to submit your BGA, RSVP, and request for character sheet updates in one email that is FINE...as long as you send it to both totn.ch...@gmail.com and to trialsof...@gmail.com

The former email addy tracks RSVPs and character sheets, the latter tracks BGAs.

BGAs are due by the Friday following an event.

RSVPs are due the Friday 8 days before an event.

If you are submitting both at the same time, awesome! But if you send the combined email after that first deadline you won't get your BGA.

So, for after the March event the dates to remember are BGAs due by March 15. RSVPs due by April 5.
