where to send RSVPs and where to send BGAs

Again, a reminder, as I know a few people sent things to the wrong address again.
BGAs are due the Friday after an event (i.e. February 15 for the February event). LAs (Logistics Actions) can be presubmitted at any point, but you are more likely to get a good action/response/info if it is a detailed action the earlier you submit it.
