I've been asked if we allow men  to ride the WOWR ride and the answer is yes- if and only if- you are able to tuck your  testosterone away and ride by the group "rules/guidelines/". This is not a hammer fest but nor is it social ride; last week we averaged 16 mph.

This week as in the past, we leave from the corner of Lake Brandt and Hwy 150. Be ready to ride 2pm. (This means our wheels hit the road at 2 so make sure you are there early enough to pump your tires, adjust gear etc f you are late we will leave without you). Easy to follow cue sheet and route with just a few turns; no dedicated person to sweep. 27 miles distance (with an option of an 18 mile route for those not up to 27 miles). Pace determined by group, we can split into smaller groups depending on who shows up. The route has a mix of hills and flats

Please note that this week I'll be making my way back from vacation and hope to be there for the ride. If my plane is delayed, then I won't be there. PLEASE print off the cue sheet below just in case...All the turns are at stop signs except the R onto Haynes.

L Lake Brandt
X Scalesville
L Hwy 158
R Haynes
L Hwy 65
R Griffin
R Gold Hill
R Bethany
at Hwy 65/Bethany exchange go straight to merge to Witty
L Lake Brandt.

Looks to be a lot of fun and informative too.
