Well, it's getting closer and closer to time to ride more indoors than out, and if someone wants a roller to do that on, I might have what you're looking for. It's the e-Motion roller from Insideride. Check it out at insideride.com. Mine was bought last February, and by my Garmin account, I can only see where I road my bike on it less than 20 times total back in February and March. And not since then cause I ride outdoors plus have another trainer. So it's like new, and if rollers are your thing, it's probably considered the best roller money can buy. It adjusts for bike size, has multiple resistance levels, etc.. Again, see the website. It sells for $850 new (and you can't get it for less), and I've really struggled with what to let it go for, but I decided I will sell it for $675. Probably my mistake. So it will save someone a nice chunk of change that wants one. Just email me if you're interested, and we can make arrangements such as delivery and payment. It's portable, and I even have the original box it came in. I can likely bring it to you. I'm 30 minutes east of Greensboro, but we can talk about that.

For anyone that don't know what a roller is, it's like riding a bike on a treadmill. You ride YOUR bike and change gears and everything just like on the road. The resistance ranges you can set make your range of gears more difficult or easier. You can go as fast as you want, and you can not come off of it forwards or backwards. You can tip off of it to the side, especially while getting used to riding on rollers, but that's another story. Just visit their website and investigate it fully. It DOES require supreme concentration and proper riding form, and it will make you a better rider. Takes some getting used to if you've never tried it. Mine is in the house, and I watched TV as I rode it. Very quiet. My only beef with it is that you can't coast more than a second or two. You HAVE to keep pedaling, but for many, that's a good thing. I have a good friend that has significantly increased his riding ability and speed by daily riding on this roller for 30 minutes plus at a very high pace. He does around 25 mph AVG plus at resistance level 0, 22 mph plus at level 1, 18 mph plus at level 2, and 15 mph plus at level 3. So there's some examples of what you can do, or should I say you can do if you're in as good a shape as he is, which ain't likely. You'll see.

Just email me directly if you're interested or have questions.
