Lenny & Jeff's Saturday Recovery Ride - 9:30 a.m.

Hi all,



To beat the heat, we'll start at 9:30 a.m. this Saturday from Oka Hester
Park on Groomtown Rd. This is a 35 mile route with one stop and re-grouping
at stop signs. You are welcome to ride your own pace. But print off the
attached cue sheet if you're not familiar with the route. This is a good
ride to get some miles without hammering. We've been averaging around 15
1/2 mph. This isn't a no-drop ride but we'll account for everyone at the
end. Supposed to be sunny and 71 at ride time. Hope to see everyone there.
