Sunday meeting at 10:30 to ride out to High Point via the Bicentennial Trail. This will be a chill pace “Party Pace”. Essentially, I feel potato shaped and that’s how I’ll roll. This route will be a great opportunity for 40-45 miles at an LSD pace (long, slow distance). There will be a coffee stop in HP, so bring funds, helmet and hydration.
