Join me at the Linville Rd parking lot at 9am this Sunday for some casual laps of relatively flat and scenic gravel with an excursion into Winston Salem for a bite to eat and coffee. I haven't visited Krankies in a while, so may head there. Pace, as I mentioned, will be casual with no rewards for speeding. This is a fun way to build up some mileage with others without exhausting yourself; with a rewarding coffee and pastry from one of many establishments in the area. Your Gravel, Mountain or Hybrid will work fine, it's even packed well enough for a daring soul to attempt a road bike with 28mm tires or wider. I will arrive earlier than the 9am and will get at least one lap in before 9. I like to ride counter clockwise for my warm up, so early riders ride clockwise to meet up with me. (I'll be riding my orange and blue Dogwood),

Helmets are a must, hydration and possibly a flashing taillight would round out the must-haves. Maybe a few $$ for coffee...
