Hello,
Are you interested in participating in Paris-Brest-Paris in August 2027?
To qualify for 2027, you will need to complete RUSA-sanctioned brevets of 200, 300, 400 and 600km between Nov 1, 2026 and Jun 30, 2027. Your longest RUSA-sanctioned brevet between Nov 1, 2025 and Oct 31, 2026 will determine how early you can pre-register. You can find more details here:

While Raleigh’s North Carolina Bicycle Club (NCBC) has just finished up their 2026 Brevet series, the Asheville International Randonneurs (AIR) group has four more rides on the calendar: 300k on June 13, 400k on July 11, 600k on August 29, and finally a 1000k scheduled for October 1.
If you can’t make it to Asheville for any of these rides, you have the option to ride a RUSA Permanent route on your own time to get credit for a RUSA brevet before the October 31 deadline for pre-registration.
This Thursday evening, Luke Heller, the Regional Brevet Administrator for the Asheville RUSA region, will be participating in a zoom call to answer questions from some Triangle-based folks who are interested in tackling the 1000k brevet in October.
Please join us and pass the zoom link around to anyone who you think may be interested. The call will be held this Thursday, June 11 at 7-8pm.
