I feel Stephen George did the best explaining paces so this is borrowed from him (thank you Stephen): Please understand how the zones work, the lower number is your floor and the higher number is your ceiling. The A+ group doesn't have a ceiling, only a floor. If you fall off of A group, B group is designated as the collector. Be sure to stay in the back of B group, if you get collected.

A+ group-60ish miles 21+  

 A group -60ish miles19.5-21 goal is even smooth pace average, focus on keeping group together, hard when its EZ, EZ when its hard  

B group-60ish miles18-19 ride, again focus on keeping group together, hard when its EZ, EZ when its hard  

C group 45ish miles average 16.5-17.5  focus   keeping group together

D group  25-30ish miles 14-15 avg.@  keeping group together

1 store stop around  1/2 way 

food & drinks after the ride 

Cost= Free, just be safe & predictable!

If anyone is interested in riding the 45 mile route at 18 to 19 mph, please let me know.  I have some time constraints on Saturday, so I can't ride 60 miles.

Please reply only to me, or send me a text, if you want to do this and we can get together before the ride.  We would break off the main group  group without disturbing their pacelines.
