Weekend Run Clinic - Sunday (2/28) @ 3PM

Hi Team,

Just a quick reminder about our TTT Run Clinic hosted by Pete Barusic. The run clinic will start at parking lot on old battleground and New Garden Rd. 

We will meet up for quick intro on things to focus on during run to GDS. At GDS there will be education and a track workout with drills to emphasize technique and reduce risk of injury. The return run to Battleground Park will be a good way to work on skills learned. 

This FREE clinic is open to all so bring a friend. teamindure car magnets will be available for purchase ($5) for those interested in showing your support for teamindure.
