Hi RunnerDudes, Dudettes and Friends of RunnerDude's Fitness! I'm trying to get the word out about the upcoming group training for the Charlotte RaceFest half-marathon and 10K
that will start at RunnerDude's Fitness in January. (The race date is
April 14th.) The Half training will begin the week of Jan 8th and the
10K training will begin the week of Jan 22. The following link provides

will begin on January 9th. This group will meet 3 days a week (Mon,
Wed, Friday at 9AM). Perfect or retirees, stay-at-home moms/dads, and
individuals that work-at-home or work later shifts.The fitness walks
will also incorporate upper and lower-body exercises. A new 16-week beginning running group will begin on January 10th. This group will meet 2 days a week (Tues/Thurs at 7PM).
