Plan on running about 6:00 PM, and if you can get there earlier to warm up even better.There might be some early birds already running at 5:30. By 6 temps will be brisk, but no wind so no windchill-plan on about 35F.

 

Polo Farms is great if you have kids who are runners. Keep your eye on them and run too!. This is an asphalt "track" that circles the horse ring at Polo Farms. It is flat, 1/4 mile round and well lit - great for speed work outs. From N220, Right onto Strawberry Rd., 2nd right, immediate right into drive for the Horse Barn/Swimming Pool.
