Hi RunnerDudes and Dudettes! Just a heads up that group training for fall marathons kicks in June/July for many full fall marathons and July/August for many half fall marathons. Many of you have already told me you were interested in joining the group training for the Richmond Full and Half Marathon, so it looks like we're going to have a great group for this race. Richmond Full Marathon Training begins the week of July 8th. Richmond Half Marathon Training begins the week of August 5th. Full marathon group training is an 18-week program and is $165 (see special offer below). The half marathon group training is a 14-week program and is $145 (see special offer below). The fitness assessment is required for new clients, but if you've recently participated in a group race training program at RunnerDude's Fitness and don't want or need to do the fitness assessment again, then you can trade the assessment if for another half-hour personal training session in the studio. If you're not interested in running Richmond, just pick any fall race and back up from the race date 12 weeks for a 5K or 10K, 14 weeks for a half-marathon, and 18 weeks for a full marathon and that's when your training will begin. Last fall RunnerDude's Fitness had runners training for Chicago, Savannah, OBX, Marine Corps, Beach to Battleship half and full Ironman, The Battleship Half, and the NC Half Marathon. Was a great bunch of runners and they all did great! For example training for the NC Full and Half Marathon begins... NC Full Marathon Training begins the week of July 15th.
