Hi to all of our runner buddies out there.  Here is a little test for you.  All you need is a doorway and tape. This is a movement screen similar to what i do in my office.  If you can do all the movements then your are not likely to breakdown and have injuries as your season continues.  If you fail any movement or have pain, post question on the facebook site, Healing Hands Chiropractic, Greensboro or bring them to the February meeting of the Greensboro Running Club where i can answer questions and show some of the corrections for the faulty movements.  Have fun you can access the self screen through this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9eO4QjWKcA .
