Sorry for the last minute post, but the weather has been so iffy we weren't sure this would be happening. There is a group doing some speed training tonight at Guilford College. Warm-up with a 1 mile loop around the campus and then its off to the hills for speed training. Power up and then recover going back down. Do this a few times. Finish with another flat mile loop (or 2 ). Group usually parks by the soccer fields. Hills are located behind the tennis courts. Facilities available.
Weather at 6 pm should be 57°F, partly cloudy, no wind.
