Hello Cricketers,

In realizing that, everyone may not be able to come for in-person sign-up on the date/time we have/will publish. In this day and age, electronic media is the way to go. We did setup in-person signup so we could actually meet those who have shown interest and perhaps give a short tour of the facility while they are at park.

Nevertheless here are the forms as attached.  2 of those need to be signed and sent back to YCCC. The remind_me_invite is something you can keep and use it to setup one-way notifications from YCCC Team on schedule updates and such, right to your smartphone or preferred email...technology does wonders...

How to turn in the forms :

We will be there again at the park on Sunday May 3rd between 2-4PM but you may drop the forms and payment in an envelop marked 'for YCCC' at the front desk before May 3rd so we can collect them and process your signup. Receipts will be mailed (again electronically) to each signup.

Just so you know, we need to pay the park in full, before beginning of the program and it will certainly help, if all interested can help us get the signup process wrapped up. 

For next session, we may explore how we can actually get technology involved for payments as well :)
