an excellent opportunity for a full time Java Developer in Memphis, TN. This is for an internationally known and recognized health care organization!

Key Skills that we are looking for are Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, Oracle, PLSQL, XML, REST Web services, UNIX-Shell Scripting, Apache, Weblogic, Spring, Hibernate.(Experience with Vignette/Adobe WEM is big plus.)

Job Purpose
Designs internet based software systems, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Understanding of multiple web application integration points, interdependencies, and standard data exchange and control protocols. Implements and maintains web-based applications, including trouble-shooting problems and working with the appropriate resources to resolve them. Should be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the web development field and have working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JSP, Java, JDBC, PL/SQL, XML. UNIX-Shell Scripting and other programs necessary to dynamic Internet and web development.

Requirements
Knowledge -
* Experience with third party databases, libraries, interfaces, and internet protocols
* Understanding of Internet software engineering principles and techniques
* Proficient with web servers, HTML authoring, web infrastructure
* Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Java, JDBC, Java Script, AJAX, CSS, JSP, PL/SQL, XML, UNIX-Shell Scripting, Apache, Oracle, Weblogic
* Ability to trouble shoot and resolve technical issues
* Good knowledge of eBusiness, eCommerce, and eMarketing techniques
* Ability to interact well with team members and business users
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
* 6 years of information technology experience, including worked with web-based applications.
