I just wanted to send a reminder that UCANDOIT Coaching will be on deck coaching this summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Dixon Park from 6AM - 7:30AM starting June 13th!
These are coached sessions! Debi and I are committed to teaching technique and efficiency so that speed comes naturally. The only thing you need to do is pay the entry fee for the pool! A great opportunity to swim with great people and get quality coaching for just the cost of the pool fee!
