If you'd like Angie, I'm here all day tomorrow. Stop by and I can take qa look at it for you. Maybe ART and some therapy would help.

Hey, all!

I managed to strain my calf, and I am on day 2 of hobbling around. Any great suggestions for healing? I've been using RICE to treat it. I don't see any noticeable bruising, yet.

I plan to continue biking and swimming. I have my first triathlon of the season on June 7th. I really don't know if I'll be able to do the run portion. Can I do the swim/bike and forfeit the run portion of the tri?

I know I need to give the injury enough time to heal so I don't have any reoccurring issues. Any advice, suggestions, etc. is greatly appreciated.

Angie
