We talked about consistent power over the course of a race/training and the importance of removing dead spots and power spikes tonight.  I have attached my power file from my ride home.  I made sure to focus on consistent power between 240 and 250 watts.  Your file should have your power for the ride bunched closely together near your average weighted power overall.  Please feel free to get in touch with me to set up a time to either ride with me or take a look at your ride/power files to dial in your power and help with race course management.
